xlmine Terms of Service

1. General terms

xlmine is a private Minecraft project with a website, accounts, launcher, game servers, a modded client pack, minigames and related digital features. By using the website, registering, signing in through OAuth, downloading the launcher, supporting the project or playing on the server, you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the project rules.

The main public project domain is xlmine.net. xlmine is a subsidiary direction of the xlartas ecosystem. The main xlartas website and services are available on xlartas.ru and xlartas.com; separate technical, payment, OAuth and service operations for xlmine may be performed through these domains. OAuth sign-in for xlmine.net uses the xlartas.ru callback domain, so third-party sign-in may redirect the user to xlartas.ru and then back to xlmine.net.

xlmine is not an official Mojang Studios or Microsoft product. Playing requires a lawful Minecraft copy and compliance with the Minecraft EULA, Commercial Usage Guidelines and other applicable rights-holder documents.

2. Account

You are responsible for your email, password, OAuth access, secret keys and game tokens. You may not transfer accounts, sell them, use someone else's credentials or create accounts to bypass restrictions.

Usernames must be readable, must not mislead users or impersonate staff, and must not include abuse, advertising, personal data, forbidden characters or filter bypasses. Administration may rename an account if a username violates rules or disrupts the service.

3. Launcher and client pack

The launcher installs and updates the xlmine client pack. You may not distribute modified launcher copies, interfere with authorization, replace security files, bypass client checks or use modifications that provide unfair advantages.

The pack changes over time: recipes, limits, quests, economy, PvP, minigames and individual mechanics may be updated to keep the project balanced, stable and secure.

4. Server conduct

Griefing, dupes, cheats, exploits, harmful lag mechanisms, claim bypasses, economy abuse, spam, harassment, threats, personal data publication, discrimination, fraud and attempts to damage infrastructure are prohibited.

If you find a bug or vulnerability, report it to administration. Critical vulnerabilities must not be posted in public chats before they are fixed.

5. Voluntary project support

Payments to xlmine are treated as voluntary support for project development and maintenance unless a payment page clearly states otherwise. Such payments are not a purchase of goods, work or a guaranteed service and do not give the user a right to demand a specific in-game result, permanent access to a mechanic, preservation of balance or individual service.

If the support interface states rules for thank-you bonuses based on payment amount, the system may automatically grant the corresponding in-game coins, privilege, status, cosmetic item or other bonus after a successful payment. This grant is an internal xlmine rule and a way to thank the user for supporting the project, not a sale of a separate item, property right or guaranteed service. Bonuses have no standalone monetary value, may not be sold, exchanged for money or transferred to third parties, and may be changed, limited, moved, corrected or cancelled for balance, security, bug fixing, legal compliance and project rules.

If a specific payment scenario is structured as a sale of a digital service or goods, its terms must be stated separately. The labels "donate", "support" or "donation" do not override applicable law where there is actual counter-performance.

Erroneous payments, duplicate charges and technical failures are handled through support within applicable law and payment provider rules.

6. Moderation

Administration may warn users, restrict chat, roll back disputed actions, remove items obtained through bugs, block accounts, restrict server access or adjust game data when needed for security, fair play and stability.

7. Availability

The project is provided as is. Maintenance, wipes, updates, outages, temporary feature shutdowns and rule changes may happen. We try to preserve progress, but cannot guarantee that no data is lost due to incidents, mod bugs or external services.

8. Minors

If a user cannot legally accept these terms in their country, the project may be used only with permission from a legal representative. The legal representative is responsible for the minor user's actions, selected payments and account use.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is published on the website with an effective date. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.
